The Consulting Associate will be responsible for various facets of internal projects and external client engagements, including assisting with client projects; coordinating with other team members; and day-to-day implementation of client and internal Munshine Group services.

Candidates should be highly skilled, motivated team players who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the work that we do and the missions of our clients. We are seeking individuals who will work consistently and efficiently in a remote setting, ensuring deadlines are met and work products are of exemplary quality.


  • Providing donor prospect research
  • Benchmarking for consulting engagements
  • Full range of potential client engagement support to strengthen nonprofit missions
  • Communications assistance for internal and external messaging, including writing and design for print and digital platforms (email, social media, web)
  • Must be flexible to accommodate client and internal needs for periodic meetings and occasional events outside regular business hours


  • Outstanding written, verbal and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented with intuition and capacity to anticipate and meet client needs
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Computer literacy and advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong skills across various social media platforms
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
  • WordPress experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-4 years’ relevant experience


  • $50,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience
